The time between moments

The time between moments is the stillness where presence lives.

It is after action, but before thought.
It’s the breath you forgot you were holding.
The pause before a word.
The flicker in the eye of awareness before the mind returns.

This is where suffering begins — not in the event, but in the moment we leave the now to dwell in what might be.

“Suffering arises before thought and after action.”

The time between moments isn’t empty.
It’s sacred.
It’s where the energy breathes.
